Learn from experienced career advisors as they share insights into owning our professional journeys, providing “roadmaps” to navigate journey stages, key decision-points, the paths available to us and those we create, the excursions, adventures and encounters we embark upon, and our own physical and emotional states.

Who’s it for? Individuals focused on their career track and advancement; those who value how their time at work is spent, and may even desire some level of professional adventure; and those who want their work to fit with who they are, and who recognize that professional wellbeing starts with us.

S.I.S., You Got This!

Women comprise one of the fastest-growing segments in Corporate America. Yet, many are often underrepresented, underpaid, invisible, and in many cases, existing as an “only” or one of a few at their corporate tables. And many feel burdened to prove their worthiness and fear they must change and compromise the very essence of who they are to be successful. These women do not realize they are slowly losing their authentic rhythm!

Bestselling author, Joy Fitzgerald, pulls together a wealth of experiences to help women successfully thrive in their careers. In this session, Joy introduces her S.I.S, You Got This! principle to help women successfully succeed in their careers, learning how to:

  • Stop the noise that seeks to stifle your authenticity.
  • Invest in relationship capital to grow your network with key influencers and decision makers.
  • Standout on purpose. Be purposeful in your actions to create an intentional brand that will elevate your career.
  • Find your authentic rhythm to excel in every aspect of your life.
