Marcellus's Bio
Marcellus Robinson is an accomplished leader and capabilities influencer. Over the past 30+ years, he has led in multiple industries including: Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications, Finance, and currently serves as a Senior Commercial Negotiation Consultant. Marcellus’ work experiences include human resources, various senior level people management roles and being responsible for delivering ROI on assets under management in excess of $10B. Marcellus has provided consulting around the world specifically on influencing people’s behaviors that materially impact morale and performance. At one point, Marcellus was actively pursued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Hostage Negotiator for his unique style of conflict resolution and relating with people. Marcellus has an inspiring wife and is the father of a 23-year-old daughter who breathes purpose into his every day.
