Cvent Login Help & FAQs
For any newbies to the Cvent platform, you may run into some challenges using a new platform interface. The following steps are meant to visually guide you – from successful login to participating to make your Conference the best experience that it can be. The IWL team is standing by but we encourage you to roll up your sleeves and follow these steps.
Go to your email inbox and open your Conference Login Info email from IWL. Click on "Go to My Event" button
Complete your information and click "Next" button.
Once you're logged in, your Welcome dashboard appears on screen. "All Sessions" and the "My Agenda" icon in the menu bar are your key conference session navigators. Click to explore and become familiar with your dashboard. Be sure to scroll down too.
"All Sessions" at the top of the menu presents all of the IWL Conference sessions arranged by time. Be sure to click to join the session and when it concludes, click the next session for you to attend. This includes Mainstage speakers too.
Once you've joined a session, you will see the video stream. For you early birds who join before the official start time, you'll be greeted by a mood video. Each speaker's session will start and stop at the designated times.
Please participate and interact with the sessions and the IWL Community. Participate by clicking on the "Chat" and "Q&A" icons located on the right.
For each speaker session, be sure to scroll down the page to download speaker-related materials – i.e. Learning Track Canvas. Note, this is especially recommended for attendees who haven't yet received the Conference mailer kit which includes a printed version of these materials.
